CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Maile by Design takes pride in each piece of jewelry made. To ensure it lasts, it is recommended you not wear items when coming in contact with cleaning products, chemicals, water, or beauty products. Sleeping with the item on is also not recommended as you may move in your sleep and it can accidentally break. When cleaning your jewelry, I personally use a polishing cloth (Sunshine Cloth) to remove dirt or tarnish from silver. As most gemstones are porous, it is not recommended to use a jewelry cleaner.
I hope that you enjoy your jewelry from Maile by Design. As each item is handcrafted, ALL sales are considered final.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact Maile by Design immediately (within 3 days of receipt) and I will gladly arrange for it to be fixed. You can contact me (Maile) directly at email@example.com. All return costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Please also return the item in the original packaging. You can mail your return item to Maile by Design, 6961 Nita Ave., Canoga Park, CA 91303.
Maile by Design is not responsible for damages or loss caused in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be filled and shipped. Most orders will ship before this timeline. If your item is being custom made, please note the additional time it takes for it to be made in addition to this shipping timeline (noted in the description of the jewelry item). If you need it by a certain date, please add a note to your order or e-mail me at directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. I am happy to ship your order with expedited services at an additional cost.
Please be sure you entered your address correctly and that there is a safe location for your package to be delivered. Maile by Design is not responsible for damages or loss caused in transit, nor additional shipping costs if your package is returned due to incorrect information.
